A client for over 20 years we continue to work in the UK with new stores at Fosse Park, Ipswich & Oxford Street East Extension completed 2016. In Italy Milan Arese & Brescia will be delivered 2016 and 5 stores in the US including Boston, King of Prussia, Danbury & Willow Grove.
A client since 1986 we have undertaken new flagship stores, major refurbishments/extensions, Simply Foods and new brand concept work including the store at Stratford City.
Currently engaged on two new full-line stores one located on a Retail park the other in a traditional High Street.
TTG undertake the architectural/design work on two shopping/district centres part owned and now wholly managed by British Land. We have undertaken a number of masterplan, redevelopment, and asset management projects on these centres over the past 12 years. Ranging from simple unit alterations to comprehensive redevelopment schemes.
A recent client we undertook the refurb and alteration of a former dept. store in Glasgow to create a new Dev. Shell with a pre-let of part to a convenience store operator.
TTG undertook a full architectural service for the fit-out of the first retail showroom in London for this Exeter-based tile company, which opened in time for Clerkenwell Design Week in May, 2014.
Working with their Property department TTG undertook the conversion of a former public house to provide a new Youth Community centre with external flood lit MUGA facility which enabled a wider redevelopment. We also undertook the initial design appraisal and planning approval work for the Wimbledon store.
A private commercial landlord for whom we have recently completed the conversion of an original 1920’s tannery warehouse into new office premises for prospective creative media tenants.
TTG won a design competition run by Blueprint in association with ASDA for a new mixed use scheme in Nottingham with exceptional environmental credentials. The scheme was developed in collaboration with a residential focussed practice to complement our commercial experience. This scheme is in the planning approval stages.
A Client since 1998 our work focuses on the convenience ‘Metro’ format providing a service from acquisition stages through to project delivery.
TTG provides a unique support role in managing the technical aspects of shell negotiations on specifications and layouts together with monitoring the shell construction stages often in ‘mixed use’ schemes.
